Hi, I’m Sandra, Rapid Transformation Expert and Clinical Hypnotherapist, guiding women through profound identity shifts. My work goes far beyond mindset or surface-level fixes. "I contacted Sandra because I wanted her to help me with an issue, which limited my life in a very big way. Somehow due to my past, I considered happiness as dangerous. It might sound weird, but any time I felt my heart was feeling vibrant, I quickly had to shut it down, because otherwise something unbearable would have happened, or so I thought, since this was my immediate response - on an emotional and mental level. During the session, we went right back to where so many emotions were stuck and I could finally process those feelings which I had to suppress for so many years. "A fortnight ago I had my Rapid Transformational Therapy session with Sandra - she expertly guided me into hypnosis and back to 3 scenes that were the reason for the problem I had at that time. Although one scene especially was hard to see for me, I felt absolute safe and well guided by Sandra the whole time. "This has been my 4th pregnancy and by far the best one to date. I have been consultant led through my other pregnancies and been diagnosed with obstetric cholostasis in two and severe SPD. My anxiety didnt stop there it's been after having my children where my last two babies ended up being taken into nicu for 2 weeks after birth which was absolutely devastating as a new mum leading me to feel as tho it was my fault, something I did wrong or just the way it would always be. I had the chance to work with Sandra Negrón I was able to have a completely different outlook and of course pregnancy. And I desperately needed help to overcome the trauma that I've experienced. After a session I felt calmer and more at peace with the experience.
